1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Purposefully mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

TitanLabs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
  • Not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any screen time limits or focus mode restrictions you have set
  • Use the App responsibly as a tool for digital wellness, not as a substitute for professional mental health services

4. ScreenTime Data and Permissions

The App requires access to iOS ScreenTime data to function properly. By granting this permission, you acknowledge that:

  • The App will access your device usage statistics
  • All data is processed locally on your device
  • No usage data is transmitted to TitanLabs LLC or any third parties
  • You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings

5. Limitations and Disclaimers

The App is designed to help you manage screen time and build healthier digital habits. However:

  • The App is not a medical device or mental health treatment
  • Usage tracking and recommendations are for informational purposes only
  • The App should not replace professional advice for technology addiction or mental health concerns
  • TitanLabs LLC is not responsible for any decisions you make based on App data or recommendations

6. Data and Backups

All usage data and settings are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining your device and data. TitanLabs LLC is not responsible for any data loss that may occur.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and original content, is the intellectual property of TitanLabs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TITANLABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
