1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Brandon's Budget mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

TitanLabs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
  • Be responsible for the accuracy of all financial data you enter into the App
  • Maintain the security of your device and the App
  • Regularly back up your financial data using the export feature

4. Financial Information and Disclaimer

Brandon's Budget is a personal finance tracking tool. Important disclaimers:

  • The App is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice
  • All budgets, goals, and recommendations are for informational purposes only
  • You are solely responsible for all financial decisions you make
  • The App should not replace professional financial, accounting, or tax advice
  • TitanLabs LLC is not responsible for any financial losses or decisions based on App data
  • The App does not connect to banking institutions and all data is manually entered by you

5. Data Accuracy and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of all financial data entered into the App
  • Maintaining backups of your financial information
  • Verifying all calculations and reports generated by the App
  • Protecting your device and App data from unauthorized access

TitanLabs LLC is not liable for any data loss, inaccuracies, or financial consequences resulting from your use of the App.

6. No Banking Integration

Brandon's Budget does not integrate with banks, financial institutions, or payment processors. The App does not access, transmit, or store any banking credentials, credit card numbers, or other payment information. All financial data is manually entered by you and stored locally on your device.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and original content, is the intellectual property of TitanLabs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT CALCULATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT NEEDS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TITANLABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Financial losses or damages resulting from use of the App
  • Loss of data or inability to access financial information
  • Inaccurate calculations or budget recommendations
  • Any decisions made based on App data or features
  • Loss of profits, revenues, or business opportunities

10. Data Loss and Backups

TitanLabs LLC is not responsible for any loss of financial data. We strongly recommend that you:

  • Regularly export your data using the App's export feature
  • Store backups in a secure location
  • Maintain multiple backup copies of important financial information

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
