TitanLabs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Brandon's Budget mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and financial data. Brandon's Budget is designed with privacy in mind, and all your financial information is stored locally on your device.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following information locally on your device using Core Data:

• Financial transactions (income, expenses, transfers)
• Budget categories and limits
• Financial goals and progress tracking
• Account information you create (names, balances, types)
• User preferences (theme settings, notification preferences, display settings)
• Spending analytics and reports

This data is stored entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties. We never have access to your financial information.

What We Do NOT Collect

• Banking credentials or login information
• Credit card numbers or payment information
• Social Security numbers or tax identification numbers
• Any personally identifiable information beyond what you choose to enter
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes

How We Use Your Information

• Track your income and expenses
• Manage budgets and spending categories
• Monitor progress toward financial goals
• Generate spending analytics and insights
• Send local notifications for budget alerts and reminders
• Display financial summaries in the home screen widget

All processing happens locally on your device. Your financial data never leaves your device.

Data Storage and Security

Your financial data is stored locally on your device using iOS's secure data storage mechanisms (Core Data). We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information within the App.

Your data is protected by your device's security features, including:

• Device passcode or biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID)
• iOS data encryption
• Secure enclave technology

Data Backup and Export

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your financial data. We strongly recommend:

• Regularly exporting your data using the built-in export feature
• Storing exported files in a secure location
• Enabling iCloud backup for your device (your App data may be included in device backups)

Note: If you enable iCloud backup, your App data may be backed up to Apple's servers according to Apple's privacy policy and terms of service.

Notifications and Widgets

The App may send you local notifications for budget alerts and reminders. All notifications are generated locally on your device and do not involve any external servers.

The home screen widget displays your budget information directly from local storage. Widget data is not transmitted to any external servers.

Third-Party Services

Brandon's Budget does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not integrate with banking institutions or financial service providers. Your data remains completely private and is never shared with third parties.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights and Control

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your financial information:

• You can export all your data at any time
• You can delete individual transactions or entire categories
• You can delete all app data by deleting the app from your device
• You control what information you enter into the App

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
